Beste ouders,

Zoals sommigen van jullie misschien al gehoord hebben, is gesuggereerd dat een commissie zou kunnen worden gevormd, bestaande uit de ouders van spelers in de jeugdploegen. Het doel van deze commissie zou zijn om algemene ondersteuning te geven aan de junioren teams en hun coaches.Om dingen op te starten heeft een kleine groep vrijwilligers een eerste bijeenkomst op 5 oktober gehad.
Een aantal onderwerpen werden besproken, en er werd al snel duidelijk dat een dergelijk comite inderdaad zeer nuttig kan zijn.
Als een volgende stap, zal er een open vergadering in het clubhuis op 26 oktober om 19.30 uur plaatsvinden. Iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in deelname aan de commissie is welkom. Aan het eind van de avond kunnen we het hopelijk eens worden over de toekomstige samenstelling van de commissie, zodat de eerste echte ontmoetingen kunnen plaatsvinden kort daarna. (Een praktische vermeldenswaardig punt - alle expats die geen Nederlands spreken zijn ook van harte welkom om mee te gaan,er kan vertaling worden
geleverd!) Als iemand niet in staat is deel te nemen, aarzel dan niet om ideeën of suggesties in te sturen. Dit kan naar het onderstaand mailadres.

Dear parents,

As some of you may already have heard, it has been suggested that a committee could be formed, made up of the parents of players in the junior teams. The aim of this committee would be to give general support to the junior teams and their coaches. To get things started, a small group of volunteer parents held a first meeting on 5 October. A number of issues were discussed, and it quickly became clear that such a committee could indeed be very useful.
As a next step, there will be an open meeting in the clubhouse on 26 October at 19.30. Anyone who is interested in participating in the committee is welcome to come along. Hopefully by the end of the evening we can agree on the future composition of the committee, so that the first proper meetings can take place shortly afterwards. (One practical point worth mentioning – any expats who don’t speak Dutch are also welcome to come along, translation can be provided !) If anyone is not able to participate, please feel free to send along any ideas or suggestions to this email adres.
